• I have been in Japan since last year April. When I started, I knew very little Kanji. I could speak conversational Japanese but constructing my own sentences was difficult for me. Writing essays, doing class presentations and speaking Japanese in class helped me a lot compared to just be studying on my own. What I like about the Nihongo Center is that it has various events that let you immerse yourself in Japanese culture. The teachers are also supportive and assist students well in their studies and to adjust to life in Japan.

   

• My name is Yang. I come from Taiwan and I have been in Japan for one year and 3 months. I am a superstar in this school even if I am not good at English. But things will change as soon as you come to this school. You can learn not only Japanese but also English because of very different students. • Hello, my name is Dinesh. Because I love Japan, I entered Nihongo Center in October 2017. When I arrived at Nihongo Center, I was the only Sri Lanka new student and, because I couldn’t speak English very well, I was worried about making new friends and simply living in Japan. But I decided to change my seat in class every week, and now I am very happy because I have friend from all over the world. I also really like the teaching method of all the teachers. They are teaching with passion. We are not only doing test regularly, but we are also practicing conversation a lot, and we really feel it in our progress. l. It’s been 8 months I am studying Japanese and I am very happy we started the N3 level.

   

• Hi, my name is Aya and I am from Vietnam. When I came to Japan in October 2017, I couldn’t understand Japanese so much but because of the teachers, I think my Japanese progressed very fast. During the last 8 months, I could go with my classmates and school teachers to numerous event and experienced the Japanese culture. It is really a lot of fun!

This school really helped me improve my Japanese and the teachers are great. When I started, I just knew “kanas” and a few “Kanji” but I took the N2 test last week and hopefully I will pass. What is great about Nihongo Center are definitely the students from around the world that you can meet and enjoy the Kyoto life with!

   

• Hello, my name is Muftazar and I am from Indonesia. I have been in Japan for about 8 months. I just passed the JLPT N3 and I felt I did well. I really feel I progressed since I started, especially on conversational skills. Teachers always prepare theme’s discussion, and they guide us while discussing. There are so many discussion, essay and “Kanji” test that make us progress.

   

• My name is Saijai Chaiyawoot, 31 years old, from Thailand. Now I’m studying at Nihongo Center. I really enjoy studying here because I got many international friends. The atmosphere of class so fun and teaching styles from institutors are so easy to understand. It has been three months so far I’m studying here, I really improved about reading, the writing and for sure conversation in daily life. Now I don’t need to be shy anymore to talk with store’ s clerks when I want to buy something from the convenient store.
