How to make a reservation.

1- The school will send you a list of all available accommodation 2-3 months before the semester starts.

2- We will ask you to make 3 choices among all available properties by preference order.

3- We will then contact the company in charge to make the reservation. For Kyoto apartment’s room, we can contact them but you will have to make the reservation by yourself.

4- Once you know your arriving date, we will contact the agency to tell them about your moving day and they will prepare everything.

5- Be sure to contact us before you reserve your flight because there are a lot of important points, about your arrival day, to take care of.

Important:

6- If you make a reservation, be sure to stay on that choice. Don’t make a reservation and look for something else on your own. If you cancel your reservation, you will have to pay a cancellation fee to the agency.

7- If you find something by yourself, out of our partners, the school won’t be able to be your Japanese guarantor.
